It is imperative to not overlook the business opportunities that are arising through the metaverse. A McKinsey report claimed that the metaverse could produce up to $5 trillion in value by 2030, making it an opportunity that’s “too enormous” for businesses to pass up.

With that being said, that doesn’t mean that businesses should jump in without a plan. It is crucial for businesses to understand that the metaverse just creates another medium to interact with their audience. Businesses must understand the proper angle of how to engage with their audience before getting involved.

Within the metaverse, there are opportunities to sell many new digital products, such as NFTs, that were not available to businesses in the past. Edelson notes that setting up the proper KPI’s for your business is important for measuring the success of your Web3 endeavors.
