Certain behaviors are always unacceptable and are explicitly prohibited in our Community Guidelines. Please familiarize yourself with these rules and take them seriously as they inform how we moderate the content and interactions on the TradeZing site. We regularly update these Community Guidelines and we will do our best to inform you of any changes we make and the latest version of our rules will always be posted here. BREAKING THE LAW

You must comply with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws while using the TradeZing services.

PRIVACY

Everyone should feel safe at TradeZing, which is why we encourage you to let us know if anyone violates your privacy or sense of safety. If someone has posted your personal information (such as your real name or location), broadcasts images of you without your consent, or shares content that violates your reasonable expectation of privacy (such as streaming from a private space, without permission), you should immediately ask them to stop and report them at [email protected].

HATEFUL CONDUCT, HARASSMENT & BULLYING

Hateful conduct is any content or activity that attacks an individual or group based on characteristics including – but not limited to – their race, nationality, age, sexuality, physical appearance (e.g. weight), gender identity, disability, veteran status or religion. We do not, allow content that promotes or encourages hatred, discrimination or violence against others. We will use our discretion when necessary to determine if beliefs or opinions incite hatred. The most egregious violations may result in an indefinite suspension on the first offense.

VIOLENT CONTENT

Acts or threats of violence will be taken seriously and are considered zero tolerance behavior. Such conduct will result in an instant ban by TradeZing. This includes, but is not limited to:

PORNOGRAPHIC OR SEXUAL CONTENT

Nudity and sexually explicit content or activities, such as pornography, sexual acts or intercourse, and sexual services, are prohibited and will result in an instant ban. Content or activities that threaten or promote sexual violence or exploitation are strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

SELF-HARM

All types of people come to TradeZing to connect with each other and have a good time. Some of you may be going through difficult times, and we want to try our best to keep you safe:

We do not make exceptions for self-destructive behavior performed as a stunt or gag made in jest, or meant to entertain, when the behavior could reasonably be expected to cause physical injury. If you see someone else in the engaging in self-harm or believe that they are at imminent risk of committing suicide or self-harm; please immediately let us know at [email protected].

IMPERSONATION, SPAM AND SCAMS

Content or activity meant to impersonate an individual or organization, create misleadinginformation, or encouraging participation in such behavior, is strictly prohibited.

Any attempts to misrepresent yourself as a member of TradeZing is a zero-tolerance violation
and will result in indefinite suspension
